We ship to many countries in the world. Shipping options and prices are shown in the checkout page when you have entered your delivery address. NOTE - if no shipping options are shown it is because we do not ship to your country.
Please note that due to new EU regulations that come into force on the 12th December 2024, we will no longer be shipping to European Union countries and Northern Ireland. This regulation – General Product Safety Requirements (GPSR) – adds new requirements on businesses that want to ship products to the European Union and Northern Ireland. We will review this again early in 2025 after we have had more time to analyse the impacts.
Based on recent tracked shipments (which we can see when they are delivered), below is the latest guidance on postal and UPS delivery times to popular destinations:
Australia - typically 14-21 days
Canada – typically 7-12 days. UPS 2 days.
Japan – typically 7 days
Norway – typically 14 days
Singapore – typically 7 days. UPS 2-3 days
USA - typically 6-8 days. UPS 2-3 days
How to obtain Tax Free Prices - NOTE: You may have to pay taxes/charges when your package arrives in your country
Prices on our website shown in GBP£ include United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. However, if you select a currency other than GBP£ you will see tax free pricing. You will continue to see tax free pricing at checkout if your delivery address is outside of the UK.
Whilst our export pricing is free of UK VAT, you may need to pay taxes/duties/handling charges when your package reaches your country. This will vary from country to country and also be dependent on order value. We are also aware of delays getting packages through some countries postal systems. If you have any concerns regarding this please contact us before ordering.
Note for Jersey and Guernsey, to pay tax free prices at checkout ensure that you select Jersey or Guernsey as your country, rather than the United Kingdom.
Tax Free Price Discounts Explained
In the UK, VAT is added at 20% to the basic (tax free) price. So, for example if the price including VAT listed on our website is £120, the breakdown of this pricing is £100 plus £20 VAT. Export prices on our website are free of UK VAT. So, if you qualify for tax free pricing the amount of tax you save is in this example is the £20.
