Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please note that for items that have been made to customer’s specific requirements no statutory right to cancellation exists. However, we will refund what can reasonably be re-used by us.
If the order has already been despatched then please see our returns policy below.
You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us via email at email@example.com that you intend to return an order or item to us and the reason. All returned items must be returned unused and fit for re-sale. The costs incurred in returning unwanted items back to Southeast Sailboats are the responsibility of the customer. We also advise that you obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

If items made to customer’s specific requirements are faulty or does not meet the customer’s specification, we will offer to correct the fault.
All refunds will be made using the same method as was used for payment and will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of returned items.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
