Designed explicitly for the ILCA7 (Standard MKII) rig, the 10:1 system provides the maximum amount of purchase allowed under the ILCA rules. Consider using a 10:1 system if your are finding that you are struggling to pull on enough downhaul (Cunningham) using an 8:1 system.
Start by selecting the block type for your downhaul system and then use the drop down menus to select the secondary control line colour, and handle type. Regarding rig optimisation please note that we only optimise this system for the ILCA7 (Standard MkII) rig as our 6:1 and 8:1 systems are perfectly suited to the ILCA4 and ILCA6 rigs.
The 'Top Of Kicker' system option allows the primary line to terminated at the top of the kicker assembly. This can be useful if you are using a braided chain handle and want to avoid having to tie/untie your handle when rigging.
