Outhaul Double Block Assembly - Harken 18mm/29mm Blocks

Harken 18 and 29mm carbo block assembly with a spliced SK78 Dyneema line that threads through the holes on the bottom of the gooseneck fitting. This new configuration of assembly at the gooseneck keeps the primary line lower along the length of the boom reducing snagging of the sail when you have a lot of vang/kicker on. 

Used as part of an ILCA/Laser Dinghy front of boom configuration outhaul system.
